Overview of the course

This track combines traditional on-site selling arts with the latest virtual selling techniques online. You start by understanding customer psychology and the professional sales cycle stages. Then you learn field sales skills: handling objections, reading body language, and closing deals face-to-face. Finally you master virtual selling using video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and electronic contracts to be able to sell anytime, anywhere.

Professional On-Site Sales Skills

Covers the basics of face-to-face selling: the sales cycle, relationship building, reading body language, handling objections, field closing techniques, and managing in-store or field sales operations.

Integrated Virtual Sales Skills

Focuses on remote selling: using video platforms, CRM management, electronic negotiation, closing deals with digital contracts, and follow-up via email and WhatsApp to ensure relationship continuity.

After completing the course, you will be able to
