Overview of the course

The Modern Management track prepares leaders and managers to face the challenges of a rapidly changing business environment. You start by understanding strategic management and how to chart the organization's future. Then you move to leadership and change management to lead your teams through difficult transformations. Finally you learn performance management and measuring results to ensure goals are achieved.

Performance Management & Results Measurement

Learn to set key performance indicators, collect and analyze data, use the Balanced Scorecard, and deliver performance reports that drive actual results improvement.

Admission Requirements

  • Appropriate higher education degree
  • Acceptable level of English (reading and writing)
  • Basic managerial experience (supervisor, team manager, or entrepreneur) or completion of a management fundamentals track
  • A computer, high-speed internet, and good computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop, and good analytical skills
