This track gives you applied management tools in specific high-demand areas in the job market. Project management enables you to deliver work on time and within budget. Entrepreneurship teaches you how to build a startup from idea to market. Accounting for managers enables you to read financial statements and make data-driven decisions. And HR management teaches you to attract and develop talent.

Project Management

Learn project management fundamentals from planning to closure, creating schedules, risk management, stakeholder communication, with practical application on a real project.

Entrepreneurship

Learn to generate business ideas, test them in the market, write a business plan, understand funding types (Bootstrapping, Angel Investors, Venture Capital), and manage startups.

Accounting for Managers

This level is for non-accountants, explaining key financial statements, financial ratio analysis, operational budgeting, and how to use accounting in evaluating departmental performance.

Human Resources Management

Covers the complete HR cycle: workforce planning, recruitment, job descriptions, training, payroll management, incentive systems, and employee relations management.

After completing the course, you will be able to

Admission Requirements

  • Appropriate higher education degree
  • Acceptable level of English (reading and writing)
  • Completion of Modern Management track
  • Preferably some Excel experience for the accounting level
  • Basic managerial experience (supervisor, team manager, or entrepreneur) or completion of a management fundamentals track
  • A computer, high-speed internet, and good computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop, and good analytical skills
